Tater's Story

In loving memory of Tater Tot, we will be raising money to donate to the National Canine Cancer Foundation to fund future canine cancer research.

Tater Tot the French Bulldog was born in NJ on June, 20th of 2018. He was an extremely energetic puppy. His world revolved around two things: people and food. Tater found it absolutely unacceptable to not be greeted and paid attention to anyone he has ever met in public. With just some eye contact, wiggles, and a yip or two he could usually get some pets from anyone in a 10 foot radius. He was known to eat anything you offered him, especially fruits and veggies. His favorite foods included blueberries (all time fave), bananas, peanut butter, celery, and cookies. He also had a love of getting new toys, cuddling, and playing in the snow. Tater was otherwise famous for wiggling his butt whenver he got excited and for stinking up it up with his farts.

Tater Tot was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lymphoma at just 3 years old in March of 2022.

He underwent chemotherapy for several months. Although treatment was rough at times, he still managed to put a smile on everyone's faces every day. Tate was an incredible pup and we wished he could have stayed around a little longer. We love and miss him so much.
